Follow Friday is a weekly meme hosted by Parajunkee. So head on over and join the fun that it Follow Firday :)
This weeks question is:
Q. If you could change the ending of any book (or series), which book would you choose? Why and to what?
I would want to change the ending of The Last Sacrifice ( last vampire academy novel). I was really sad in how the book left Adrian, so I would probaly want to make things a bit better for him. I would also change the way Lissa treated Jill, and I would leave things on a better note for those two. But really I wouldn't want to end it at all because I loved the series so much! :P
Blog Hop is hoseted by Crazy For Books. Its another awesome Friday meme that you should check out and be apart of!
Question:
“What are you most looking forward to this fall/autumn season – A particular book release? Halloween? The leaves changing color? Cooler temperatures? A vacation?
I'm really looking forward to the release on Silence (Hush, hush 3), because it is one of my favourite series and I want to see how it all ends! Also this fall (November 22) will be my sweet 16, so I cannot wait for that, since then I can become a legal diver :D

I was also unhappy with how things were left with Adrian in Last Sacrifice, so I'm really glad that we are going to be able to see his story continue in Bloodlines!

Hopping through. I felt bad for Adrian but it's nice to see him doing sorta better in Bloodlines.

I'm SO with you between Lissa and Jill and you're not alone in the feelings for Adrian but I was kind of ok with leaving him because..well, I have a one track mind that's set to Dimitri mode. lol! Nice answer though!! New follower hopping over from Parajunkees!
ReplyDeleteI haven't read the vampire academy series! I will soon! New follower!!

Sometimes the hardest part of a series is the ending. Just because it's so sad that the story's over!

Eep! I'm reading the Vampire Academy series right now (on book 5) and I actually really like Adrian! I don't want him to be sad. :( But you're right, I guess! His story continues with Bloodlines -- hopefully he'll get his happy ending there. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for stopping by! I'm an old follower, of course!
Hope you have an awesome weekend!
Stopping By from the Book Blogger hop
ReplyDeleteI absolutely agree about Last Sacrifice. I didn't really understand why Lissa and Jill couldn't get over themselves and be friendly to one another... it's not like it was Jill's fault (SPOILER) that she was illegitimate. (END SPOILER)
ReplyDeleteAnywho, I love your blog!! :) New follower!

OMG the ending to Bloodlines...I was like really. I agree with you I felt bad with the way things went down with Adrian, but I'm a complete Dimitri fan when it comes to Rose and him.
